Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) is the natural science that studies the relationship between behavior and the environment. It is the learning and application of behavioral strategies to daily lives! We understand that being a parent is not easy at all, if we want to have effective results in parenting, using evidence-based strategies will be more reliable. Whenever we do not know how to cope with children’s behavior, ABA will be a good choice!

在這計劃中，家長無需先學習大量的書籍和理論，然後獨自測試這些方法是否有效。行為分析師會與家長一起為孩子制定個人化的訓練目標，然後把大目標分拆成小步驟，並通過實踐，確保每一步對家長和孩子而言都是可行的。同時，這將使整個學習旅程變得更輕鬆！
Here, parents are not required to study tons of books and theories, and then try out the methods alone. Behavior analysts will collaborate with parents to work out individualized goals for their children. Big goals will be broken down into small steps, and each step will be ensured achievable through consistent practice. Following this, the journey of learning will become much easier!

「強化」是建立良好行為的秘訣。我們鼓勵孩子在正面的環境中學習，當父母透過讚美和獎賞去認同孩子的良好行為時，孩子將更有動力去維持這些行為，同時亦增進和諧的親子互動。我們相信，良好的親子關係是親職教育的關鍵。
Reinforcement is the "magic” to establishing good behavior. We encourage children to learn in a positive environment. When children’s appropriate behavior is recognized by parents through praise and rewards, children will become more motivated to sustain the good behavior, at the same time, harmonious interactions between the parent and child will be enhanced. We believe that a good parent-child relationship is the key to parenting.
